Allen Medical pledges to provide products that are safe and effective for both patients and caregivers. Allen’s fully staffed Repair Department will repair your equipment and return it to you in a timely manner, fully tested and working like new. Since we stand by our workmanship, all repairs are under warranty for one year.
We strive to keep the repair order process simple – all you need to do is provide your account number, serial number, product type, and a description of what needs to be repaired. We will contact you to send you an RMA label for ease of receiving at our dock.
You can call a Repair and Service Specialist whenever you have any questions. Our goal is to keep the process simple and pleasant, and to provide you with top notch service.
